Which neck size is right for you?

At Big Lou Guitars, we provide three different bolt-on neck sizes: 1 7/8" nut width, 2" nut width, and 2 1/8" nut width. To get a sense of how each size will fit in your hand, try the following:

Take a standard guitar with a 1 11/16" nut width and place a capo on the 4th fret. This simulates the feel of a 1 7/8" nut.

To experience the feel of a 2" wide nut, place the capo on the 8th fret.

For the feel of a 2 1/8" wide nut, place the capo on the 13th fret.
