Return-Policy

If your item arrives and it is not as described, or is damaged, you must notify Big Lou Guitars via email within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
​- Refunds will be issued via either Wix or PayPal. Wix and PayPal will subtract their processing fee from the refund amount (something we have no control over).
​​· Return requests placed outside of the 7-day window will be not be accepted.​
· If the item is damaged, take pictures of the shipping box and the damaged item. (If the item was damaged by the shipping company, you will need to contact them directly regarding your concerns.)​
· Items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped. Otherwise, only a portion of the original purchase price will be returned.​
· You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
​​· Once Big Lou Guitars has the item back and it is in the original condition that it was shipped, your refund should be completed within 48 hours and you should see the money back in your account within the following 5-7 business days.
